Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland, to Liechtenstein and to selected other countries. Within Switzerland, your order will normally reach you within 3–5 working days of receipt of payment; deliveries abroad take longer depending on the country and may incur customs duties and import charges. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a confirmation by email.

For larger quantities, devices for businesses or scents developed to order, delivery may take longer; in that case, we will inform you in advance.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for orders of CHF 250 or more. Below that, we charge a flat shipping fee, which is shown in the cart before you complete your order. All prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT.

Payment

You pay conveniently and securely by credit and debit card or TWINT. The amount is charged when you complete your order. Your card and payment details are processed directly by the payment service provider; we never see them.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, complete and in their original packaging. Here’s how:

• Notify us of the return by sending a short email with your order number to info@raumundduft.ch.
• Send the goods, securely packed, to: Raum & Duft Konzept AG, Brown Boveri Platz 3, 5400 Baden.
• Once received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method.

You bear the cost of return shipping, unless the goods are damaged or we delivered the wrong item.

Excluded from returns

• opened or partly used fragrance oils – for quality and hygiene reasons,
• scents developed or filled individually for you,
• devices showing signs of use or without all accessories.

Damaged delivery or defect

If a parcel arrives damaged or a device does not work, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will replace the goods or repair the device free of charge. Otherwise, the warranty under our General Terms and Conditions applies.
