Can I pause or cancel the subscription?
Yes, at any time and with no minimum term. A short e-mail or call is all it takes – before the next delivery.
Can I change the scent?
Yes. Let us know before the next delivery and we will send you a different scent. With “Scent of the season” it changes automatically.
Which interval is right for me?
As a guide, 300 ml lasts about two to four months at around eight hours of operation a day. Choose the interval to suit your use – you can adjust it at any time.
How do I pay?
You pay for the subscription conveniently by credit or debit card; the amount is charged before each delivery. Single orders can also be paid with TWINT.
Is the subscription also available for businesses?
Yes – as a refill service with fixed intervals for all your diffusers and locations. We would be happy to prepare a quote.
